Mud Fest

I left Braxton outside to play on Saturday while I was getting some house work done. I went outside later to find him stripped down to his underwear rolling around in the mud. I figured the pictures could tell the story!

Pigtails!

Brooke's hair is finally long enough to put liitle pigtails in. As soon as she wakes up, she wants me to put them in her hair and tell her how pretty she looks. Cute huh!

Braxton Can Write His Name

After much practicing Braxton now has the confidence to write his name all by himself. He has been practicing this at Preschool and at home for quite a while. For a long time he would only write his B's because they looked good but he didn't like his R's so he would get frustrated and quite. Obviously, we still need to work on holding his crayon properly! His N looks funny because "in it is a picture of me, and Brooke-o and Mom!"

Brooke Turned Two

Brooke had her birthday on April, 25th! She is now officially a big girl. She had a great day and loved getting all of the attention. When I asked her what she wanted for her birthday her response was always "cake." As you can see, Grandma Renae made her a great cake. She received many wonderful gifts. Her ponies were her favorite gift. She takes them with her everywhere she goes. She had an awesome birthday.

Carnival Fun

We went to the carnival at the church for the Young Women's fundraiser. Braxton came home with his face painted and a sword.
